By accessing or using My Fantasy Scores (“the Service”), operated by Network Innovation, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a user under 13 has created an account, we will take steps to remove that account and any associated data.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Promptly update your information to keep it accurate
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account credentials with any third party
• Not create multiple accounts for abusive purposes

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with these account security obligations.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
• Engage in scraping, data mining, or automated data collection without our written consent
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written approval
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

My Fantasy Scores is an informational aggregation tool designed to help users view and track their fantasy sports data in one place. The Service does not constitute fantasy sports advice, sports betting guidance, or gambling services of any kind.

All scores, projections, standings, and statistics displayed through the Service are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data presented.

My Fantasy Scores integrates data from third-party fantasy sports platforms via their public or authorized APIs. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ESPN, Yahoo Sports, Sleeper, CBS Sports, the National Football League (NFL), the National Basketball Association (NBA), Major League Baseball (MLB), the National Hockey League (NHL), or any other fantasy sports provider or professional sports league.

All third-party platform names, trademarks, logos, and brand identities are the property of their respective owners. Use of these names is for identification purposes only and does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

Third-party platforms may change their APIs, data formats, or terms of service at any time, which may affect the availability or accuracy of data within our Service. We are not responsible for any disruptions caused by changes to third-party platforms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Network Innovation, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any sports scores, statistics, standings, or other data displayed through the Service. Fantasy sports data is inherently time-sensitive, and discrepancies may exist between data shown in the Service and data on source platforms.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of Network Innovation, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Service without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

My Fantasy Scores is available as a mobile application. If you download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play, you also agree to that store's applicable terms. The following acknowledgments apply to the Apple App Store version of the app:

• These Terms are between you and Network Innovation, LLC only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the app.
• Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied, or for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product-liability, legal/regulatory, or consumer-protection claims.
• Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending, settling, or discharging any third-party claim that the app or your use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not listed on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list.

When using the app you must also comply with any applicable third-party agreements, such as your wireless carrier's terms of service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Michigan.
